Someone is always available on the end of the telephone and any issues are resolved promptly.

E mail was stopped from an important client as he has a password on all attachments as the project was confidential. No satisfactory explanation why this extra security was in place. As a result all e mail and attachments lost from the client the first day of a high profile contract. Very embarrassing !
