Having now left my rented property of 15 years 3 months ago I am still chasing my deposit to be returned. Local Hinckley branch was not helpful with dealing a know issue regarding the deposit for 2 and 1/2 years and just passed me on to the central team who have been far from helpful. Having carried out all the leg work not completed by Your Move I still can not get a phone call back or an answer when my deposit will be released because of annual leave. I can not even escalate to a manager or supervisor as that is not the process!!
